When a long-desired red dress, meant for her husband’s new flame, arrives on her bed, Karylle dares to dream of stepping into the light. However, the harsh laughter of Mike, her husband, and the cold indifference of her daughter, Maureen, remind her that hope is a fragile thing—one that can be shattered in an instant.
As she stands in the remnants of her dreams, Karylle’s world spirals deeper into humiliation, with betrayal lurking behind every corner. Her best friend, Nico, once her ally, now echoes the sentiments of a family that has turned against her. With each passing moment, she grapples with the unbearable truth: she’s become nothing more than a maid in her own life.
But what happens when the invisible woman decides to reclaim her voice? As the countdown to her departure begins, can she find the courage to break free from the chains of her past, or will she remain trapped in a life that no longer recognizes her? In a world that has forgotten her, will Karylle finally learn that she is worth fighting for?
