Sarah signalled him to stop with her eyes and took the box from my hand. "You would better rest too, honey. I will sleep in the guest room tonight. I don’t want you to be affected."
Hearing that, Jack lifted her up and walked towards the guest room silently.
After they left, my nose was sore and the corners of my eyes turned red. Although I had decided to leave and let her go, I still couldn't help feeling heartbroken. Sarah had vowed that she would never lie to me or betray me in her life, but then she finally broke her promise.
I picked up my phone and called someone, "I will return to Alreighton."
"Are you sure? Remember that once you enter, you can never leave. You will be isolated from the world. Can you bear to leave Sarah?" the man asked carefully.
"Yes. She died for me," I answered it without any hesitation.
Gerrard Loyd was stunned for a moment but he finally took a breath, "Fine, be here in a week."
I used to be hesitant because I couldn't bear to leave Sarah. Then the shit happened as she was giving me a choice. I glanced at the closed door of the guest room indifferently and the men and women still continued to make a dirty sound inside.
