"Don't be polite. Your car can't be carpooling."

I was speechless.

In order to travel in a low-profile way, my dad asked Uncle James to buy the cheapest car on the market to pick me up for school.

The next day, Uncle James came back with a mini car.

With only two seats, it was really impossible to carpool.

I had to agree and thank my deskmate. I would just randomly mention a place and then go back after getting out of the car.

I didn't expect that my deskmate's family car had a flat tire on the way. He said I could only find other classmates to carpool home.

I said it was okay, and then sent a message asking Uncle James to come and pick me up.

Just as I walked to the school gate, I saw several classmates surrounding Harry, listening to him talking.

"My dad is picking me up today in a Porsche 718, and he can pick you up too."

The classmates next to him were all envious.

"That's great. Harry's family cars are all luxury cars. He's really rich."

"Yeah, I heard that several of Harry's cars are worth 800,000 to 900,000 dollars. They are so expensive."

"I heard that Harry's family is going to cooperate with the Franklin Group, the richest group in New York."
