I didn't have time to think how I should feel about that at the moment. I just wanted Jason to take me to the hospital so that my family could be saved.
After Jason finished speaking, he held Erin and walked towards the car.
I rushed to the car, trying to grab the last hope like a crazy woman.
"Jason, take me to the hospital! Otherwise, I will kill myself here!"
But Jason just opened the car window and signaled to the bodyguard with his eyes.
Then, they took me off the driveway in a rough way.
"Jason Finley! Stop! Stop!"
It was useless.
Jason drove off, raindrops splashing all over me.
When I arrived at the hospital in the storm, looking even more embarrassed, I handed the drug to the doctor.
The doctor snarled to me,
"What took you so long? They're dead already. What's the point of having the drug now?!"
So, the cold morgue had four more bodies.
I didn't cry or make a fuss. As a matter of fact, I no longer had the energy to do anything else.
Just setting up seventeen tombstones halfway up the mountain was enough to break my heart.
I stood in the cemetery for a long time and turned to leave. Before I walked far, I suddenly saw Jason. Erin was behind him.
