Sheldon's face was gloomy, but he said nothing more.
After a long while, he rubbed his brows, obviously a little tired, "Cynthia, is it necessary for us to quarrel like this?"
I picked up a bucket of water and poured it at him.
"What do you think? Sheldon, you probably can't imagine how sad I was when you used work as an excuse to date other women."
"You never consider my feelings. You just treat me as a plaything. You coax me when you're happy and throw me aside when you're unhappy."
"From the moment you brought Lindsay in and said you wanted to give the house to her, I wanted to pour water on you."
"You are so shameless."
The water splashed all over him. He wiped his face and said angrily, "Cynthia! If you want to lose your temper, you should consider the occasion. Am I spoiling you too much?"
Lindsay's eyes flashed with schadenfreude, but she smiled bitterly and said, "Sheldon, I'm really sorry for the situation between you and Cynthia now. But, Cynthia, don't worry, this is the last time I'll work with Sheldon. After this is over, I'll announce my retirement and won't bother you anymore."
