Princess Kate has shared a rare and gentle glimpse into Princess Charlotte’s life at the family’s new Windsor home. The Prince and Princess of Wales, along with Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, moved into Forest Lodge at the end of 2025 after extensive renovations. While much attention has focused on the grand scale of the property, Kate has now revealed a small personal detail that makes the house feel truly lived in.

During a visit to Stirling in Scotland, Kate met staff at Radical Weavers, a local tartan and textile company. A 70 year old woman named Adele Hodgson presented her with a hand crocheted bunny as a gift for Charlotte. Kate smiled and praised the work, saying it must have taken a long time to make. She then added a comment that delighted royal fans. She explained that Charlotte would love it because she keeps many teddies on her bed.

It was a simple remark, yet it offered a rare picture of Charlotte’s private world inside the family’s new home.
