If you have a mirror facing the front door:

  • Move it to a side wall
  • Or position it so it reflects a wall, a plant, or a pleasant image—but not the door

2. In the Bedroom, Reflecting the Bed

The bedroom is the space where the body regenerates and the soul rests.
A mirror that reflects the bed disrupts that process.

While you sleep, your body releases tension, stress, and accumulated energy. The mirror sends that energy back toward you, creating a constant rebound that can cause:

  • Insomnia
  • Light, restless sleep
  • Waking up tired
  • Irritability
  • Emotional distance between partners

In addition, when a mirror reflects a shared bed, it symbolically introduces a “third presence” into the relationship, which can encourage arguments, emotional coldness, or conflict.

What to do

  • Avoid mirrors that face the bed
  • Cover mirrors at night if you can’t move them
  • Never place a mirror at the foot of the bed

3. Reflecting Clutter, Trash, or Negative Spaces

This is the most dangerous of all.

A mirror duplicates exactly what it reflects.
If it reflects:
