Parsley and cinnamon tea

Ingredients:

  • 5 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 liter of water

How to prepare:
Bring the water to a boil with the parsley and cinnamon and let it boil for 5 minutes.
Strain and serve.

Note: Cinnamon is thermogenic and helps speed up metabolism, making this a good combination for those who want to lose weight.

Parsley and hibiscus tea

This combination of parsley and hibiscus helps address two issues: fluid retention and urinary tract infections, thanks to the diuretic and anti-inflammatory properties of this drink.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of hibiscus
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Preparation:
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
Turn off the heat and add 1 tablespoon of hibiscus and 1 sprig of parsley.
Cover and let it steep for 10 minutes.
Then strain and drink. If you prefer a sweeter beverage, sweeten with 1 tablespoon of sugarcane syrup or a few drops of stevia.
