Overnight Infusion

Place the slit okra pods and whole cloves in a glass jar with 200 ml filtered water.

Cover and refrigerate 8–12 hours; the water will turn slightly viscous as mucilage and clove actives leach out.

Morning Blend

Remove the okra pods and cloves. Pour the infused base into a blender.

Add lemon juice, soaked chia seeds (gel and all), honey, grated turmeric, black pepper and ginger.

Pulse 10–15 seconds—just enough to disperse, not to heat.

Strain (Optional)

If you dislike texture, pass through a fine mesh; otherwise consume as is for extra fiber.

Timing: Drink on an empty stomach in the morning or at least 2 hours after your last meal to maximise absorption.

Frequency: Five days a week for a visible change in 4–6 weeks; collagen synthesis is gradual.
