1. Quick rice water: Rinse the rice once, then soak it in ½ cup warm distilled water for 20–30 minutes. Agitate with clean fingers until the water turns milky. Strain; this is your rice water.

  2. Clove + green tea infusion: In a small pot, bring ½ cup water to a gentle simmer. Turn off heat, add whole cloves and the green tea. Cover and steep 7–10 minutes. Strain and cool completely.

  3. Combine: In a sanitized bowl, mix the cooled rice water and the clove–green tea infusion. Add aloe juice, glycerin, and rose water. Stir well.

  4. Bottle: Funnel into a clean spray bottle. Refrigerate. Use within 5–7 days. (Because this is a kitchen formulation without preservatives, small batches and cold storage are best.)
