The danger isn’t in the ring.

The danger is in the attachment we place on it.

What truly matters is your emotional and spiritual intention:

If you look at it and feel peace → it’s a memory.

If you look at it and feel pain → it’s a chain.

How to Release a Charged Object

If you feel an object is weighing you down, you can transform it. Here are some ways:

1. A simple farewell ritual
Hold it in your hands and quietly say:
“Thank you for what you represent. I release you and release myself.”

2. Symbolic cleansing
This can be done with running water, incense, a prayer, or a white candle.

3. Transformation
Turn the ring into a pendant, make a locket, or change its purpose.

4. Store it with intention
In an altar, a pretty box, or a place where it no longer triggers pain.

5. Donate it, if possible
To someone who will give it a new meaning.

What matters isn’t the physical act—but the emotional one.

What if you can’t let it go?

Then the work begins within. Detachment isn’t throwing something away—it’s understanding it. It’s accepting that love doesn’t need an object to exist.

Don’t pressure yourself. Just acknowledge how you feel. That acknowledgment already starts the process of release.
