Were you saying that I was lying? What a good way of putting the blame on someone else. I tried to calm myself down, but my voice was still trembling, “Hadwin! Don’t you understand? I called the fire truck and it was your Rowena who deliberately stopped it just to let the fire spread at home! Now many neighbors in the village are fighting the fire, but you are here flirting with this bitch? Do you think I should hit you again?”
Hadwin looked confused and still didn’t seem to believe it.
I was too lazy to talk to him, so I raised the cordon in front of me and wanted to bend down and walk in to explain to the firefighters. But I was directly held by Hadwin and Rowena on the left and right.
